My tips for a more leisurely life, which I wrote up for WeTransfer earlier this year ✨

1. Start something with the sole purpose of making your life more exciting

2. Don't look at screens for the first hour of the day

3. Spend as much time as you can at or in the sea

4. Have a detailed vision of what a perfect normal day in your life looks like in 5 years

5. Ignore the people who don't fuck with what you're doing

6. Go on more road trips

7. Know you're always one decision away from a completely new life

8. Curate inspiration every day

9. Be really nice when it's not expected

10. Know what you're optimising your life for
